Tiepolo
Part of the ground floor is now a charming 40 sq mt single-room apartment for 2 guests.
You enter a large sunny room that faces the Gran Canal with two ancient windows offering an extraordinary view of this unique place. The kitchen (with four electric stove, fridge, microwave oven, and kitchen tools) is built inside a wide cupboard. Behind it one en-suite bathroom with shower. You can choose between double bed and twin beds.
The apartement is very confortable: it's provided with air conditioning and heating system, tv set, hi-fi, hair dryers and iron; gas and electricity, bed and bath linen as well as cleaning are included.
Sleep with the sound of the waves caressing your ears.

Price: from 700 to 800€ per week, depending on season.
Valier
Through the courtyard and the garden of palace Tiepolo, you get to a nice little apartment, about 60 square meters in size, restored in the summer of 2006, very high on the average sea level. It is composed by a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom in a gallery with a mansard.
The apartment has been planned to hold two people. (extra bed available on request)
The home equipment includes air conditioning, central heating plant, electric opening windows, two-plate electric kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, a full set of dishes and cooking tools, washing machine, television, radio/stereo, hair dryer.
The apartment owns a small exclusive court with table and chairs available for who likes to stay in the open air. This court communicates with the garden and with the main access court of the palace, the entrance room of which gives access to the Grand Canal.
The apartment, furnished with elegant vintage pieces, is immersed in the silence of the garden, interrupted only by the chirping of birds. But in the same time you are downtown Venice, just at a few minutes from Rialto bridge, very close to the basilica of Frari, and you can reach the public boat stop in two minutes on foot.
During the sunny days in spring and summer, nothing more than a breakfast in the garden or in the small patio in front of the apartmment can be the perfect prelude to an adventure in Venice.
